How to find Alexander Services
- The office is located on the junction of Tsar Simeon Street, Rila Street and Ikonom Chuchulyan Street.
- When driving towards Bansko from Razlog on Route 19, after you go under the ‘welcome to Bansko sign’ and immediately at the large supermarket on the left hand side, take the right hand fork heading towards the ski lift. You will find Alexander Services office on the right hand side a few hundred metres up the road. It is clearly visible with roof top advertising.
- Short term parking is available outside the office, but there are restrictions.
How to find Neon Complex from Alexander Services offices
- Continue directly up the road towards the mountain, with the Glazne river on your left
- Go straight ahead at the cross roads next to Banderista Hotel.
- Continue up this road towards Guinness Hotel and then left towards Bansko Mall
- Cross the Glazne river bridge and take the second left turn before the traffic lights after Euphoria Bar
- Take the next immediate left turn behind Euphoria (one way road with parking restrictions)
- Neon Complex is on your right.
- Park on right hand side of the road just after the grey electrical distribution units surrounded by small trees.
- Follow cobbled path towards large tree in centre of gardens between Vihren Palace and Neon Complex and then head down steps towards entrance of B Block
- Take the lift to Floor 2, exit to the right and the apartment is first door on the left B18

Winter Season Office hours
- 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Saturday.
- Sundays 9.00am – 6.00pm on arrival days only
Summer Season Office hours
- 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Closed Saturday & Sundays.
- If you have booked through Holiday Lettings / TripAdvisor (HL/TA) the security deposit will have already been paid
- If you have booked through other agencies then a Euro150.00 security deposit may be required on arrival.
- Payment via credit card is preferred rather than cash. However cash is acceptable should guests not have credit card facilities.
Return of Security Deposit
- Our management company will carry out a visual check of the apartment on your departure.
- If everything is in good order according to the departure procedure below your security deposit will be returned, either by cancellation of the credit card details or return of cash deposit.
- If you booked through Holiday Lettings / TripAdvisor (HL/TA), then after notification from Alexander Services everything is in good order your security deposit will be returned automatically by HL/TA within 10 days of your departure.
- Lost keys will be charged at 75 Euros for replacement – please take care!
Arrival & Departures
Guests arriving between 9.00am – 6.00pm (Normal office hours)
- Standard Check in time is from 3pm on the arrival day
- Please go directly to the Alexander Services offices to collect the keys.
- A welcome drink will be offered whilst the security deposit is taken.
Guests arriving before 09:00 or after 18.00 (Out of office hours)
- Please go directly to Neon Complex.
- Please call Alexander Services on 00359 (0)884 005338 about 30 minutes before arrival in Bansko so that they can arrange to meet you at the complex with the keys. We suggest calling when turning off the main E79 at Simitli, ask your transfer driver for details
- Alexander Services staff will meet you at the apartment complex to hand over the keys and arrange the payment of the security deposit if required.
- Standard check out time is by 10am on the day of departure.
- Please try to leave the apartment as tidy as possible to speed up check out and return of your security deposit.
- Clearing the fridge of leftover food, washing up any crockery and depositing any rubbish in the external bins provided is greatly appreciated.
- Failure to comply with the above may result in a Euro 15.00 extra cleaning charge being taken from your security deposit.
Meet & Greet and Departure Fees are included in the letting price. However additional “Out of Office Hours” fees may apply unless previously arranged.

- Normal office hours Euro 10.00
- Out of Office Hours Euro 15.00
- Alexander Services’ office will be closed on Christmas Day & New Years’ Day. Please use the 24 hour helpline for assistance. A call out fee may be applicable depending on the circumstance of the call out.
- Should there be any arrivals / departures during these times a Euro 25.00 call out fee will apply.
House Rules NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is strictly none smoking.
Failure to comply will lead to a specialized cleaning and odour removal fee of 75 Euros / £ 75 being taken from the security deposit.
You may smoke on the balcony or outside in the gardens of the complex.
Please make use of the ash trays provided and ensure any cigarettes are safely extinguished and disposed of.
