Complex Neon, Apartment B24 Facilities

The 2 bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps 6, with a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a child’s travel cot and playpen available by request making the accommodation extremely flexible for larger families and those with young children.

There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space in the bedrooms and a good sized hallway for coats, boots and hats!

The apartment features a main family bathroom with wash basin, large shower and toilet, the second bathroom has a wash basin and toilet.

The apartment is on the third floor, and there is a lift. Note that the outside entrance to B Block is down a small flight of steps.

The apartment’s two balconies are furnished with tables and chairs for enjoying a relaxing outdoors breakfast or perhaps an evening drink, an ideal place to soak up the beautiful mountain views.

Facilities in the apartment itself include -

  • TV with DVD player
  • Play Station 2, please bring your own games
  • Wifi Internet access, network and latest password information supplied
  • Modern kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher

The lounge area has a plenty of seating with a large coffee table, TV, DVD player & PS2 along with various books and magazines that you are welcome to read.

The balcony tables double up as dining tables or simply relax on the sofas in front of the TV.

Outside, there is a well maintained private garden with a covered barbecue area. The BBQ shelter has seating for at least 16 people with running water and power facilites by request. There is a large grassed area planted with trees and shrubs, with some additional seating, this makes it an ideal place for relaxing whilst enjoying the warmth of the summer sun.

The reception area at Neon Complex is staffed 24 hours per day. However you will need to ring through to gain access to the building if you arrive without prior arrangement with us or our in resort management team.

Bulgarian tap water is normally safe to drink.

However bottled drinking water is available in all the shops and is very reasonably priced.
